Minimum 2 night stay in summer, however, please call, as sometimes we can accommodate a one day stay.

RATES  

Low season rates ---------  $100.00 – $130.00 CAD

High season rates ---------  $150.00 – $160.00 CAD

Low season rates apply after the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend to just before the May 24th weekend

High season rates apply after May 24th weekend to the end of Canadian Thanksgiving (mid October)

Payment – We appreciate payment in cash on arrival.  We do not charge 12% HST or 2% Tourist Tax.

Cancellation Policy – Our cancellation policy is no charge for cancellations 72 hours prior to arrival; however if you cancel after that time, we would charge your credit card an amount equal to one night stay. 

To confirm the reservation, a credit card number is required.  You can call me at 250-495-2565 in the evening or fax at 250-495-2595 any time.  The credit card number is to confirm the reservation only.  Please do not put credit card information in an email.

POLICIES   

Please read carefully, when booking with us, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept the terms of this policy:

• Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.  Check-out is 11:00 am.  We would be pleased to accommodate alternative times if you let us know in advance.

• The del Ray is adult orientated.  We are unable to accommodate young children or pets.

• Smoking is allowed outside in designated area only.

• Housekeeping is done every three days or when requested; towels exchanged daily
